2. Partner Shop Registration and Listing

Our partner shops are registered by their managers or business owners through the official entry form available at partners.kriyado.com. Upon successful registration, their details are listed publicly at partners.kriyado.com/kriyado-partner and within the Kriyado Mobile and Customer Apps (https://app.kriyado.com/).

While we strive to ensure smooth communication between shop management and their billing or service staff, there may be instances where shop staff are unaware of the discounts. In such cases, you can reach out to us, and our team will work with the shop management to resolve the issue promptly, ensuring you receive the committed discounts.


3. Partner Shop Discount Availability

Kriyado partners provide discounts with the expectation of receiving repeated visits from Kriyado customers. However, due to insufficient customer visits, some shops may withdraw their discounts without properly notifying Kriyado through official email communication.

If you identify any shops listed as Kriyado Partners that are not honoring the committed discounts:

  • Please inform us immediately at the provided contact details.
  • Once notified, our team will investigate the matter and, if necessary, remove the shop from our Partner list.
  • We will also endeavor to connect with nearby shops to arrange alternative discounts for you. Please note that offering discounts remains the sole discretion of the shops.

4. Refund Policy

Please note that Kriyado does not offer refunds for any subscriptions or purchases made through the platform. We advise you to carefully review the terms and conditions before subscribing or engaging with our services.
