Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kriyado! Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before proceeding with the use of our services:

1. Acceptance of Terms:

    • By subscribing to the Kriyado Digital Wallet Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Usage:

    • Digital wallet is unique for users and is non-transferable and is intended for exclusive use.
    • Kriyado Utility, Kriyado Lifestyle, and Kriyado Services are three package types and Kriyado Grand is a combination of the above three.

3. Eligibility:

    • Kriyado subscription is available in India only now. Kriyado will extend the service to different countries and any national residing in the respective country with a valid nationality ID is eligible for the Kriyado subscription.

4. Discounts and Offers:

    • The cardholder is entitled to discounts on any purchases done from Kriyado Partners.
    • The discount fully depends upon the offering of the Kriyado Partner.
    • You can directly get the benefit from the Kriyado Partner.
    • If the Kriyado Partner is changing the % of discount of category type, it will be reflected in your discount as well.
    • We are creating an opportunity, a platform to get discounts from Kriyado Partner.

5. Validity:

    • Kriyado’s initial subscription is valid for two years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Renewal terms will be communicated in advance. 
    • After expiry, minimal renewal charges will be applicable to avail of the discounted service in the future. 
    • Through the website www.kriyado.com, you can make the payment and renew the subscription.

    • Our packages are available for you as individual package, combo package and grand package with all three available packages.

6. Privacy and Security:

    • We prioritize the privacy and security of your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Responsibility:

    • The subscriber/customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the Kriyado service. Password breaches, lost of the device, and hacking activities should be reported immediately.

8. Empaneled Providers:

    • Kriyado partners with utility, lifestyle and service product/service providers to provide you best and exclusive discounts and offers.
    • We will try to partner with more vendors as per your request to give you a better service but the empanelment fully depends upon the respective service provider’s direct processes. 
    • If we are not able to partner with a particular service provider or vendor as suggested by our customer, we will try to add a similar service provider from the proximity of our customer to offer them the best service.

9. Termination of Services:

    • Kriyado customers can terminate the service anytime, but cancellation of the package and refund are not possible. 
    • Kriyado customers will have the complete right not to renew the subscription on its expiry.
    • If the expiry is done, the application login will be restricted.

10. Modification of Terms:

    • Kriyado reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes in advance.
    • Our customers can change package types as per the available packages anytime.
    • Users can connect with our support executives to change or purchase any other packages.

11. Refund /Cancellation Policy:

    • Kriyado fee is non-refundable. In the event of an overcharge or billing error, please contact our Customer Service for resolution.

12. Governing Law:


    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of Kriyado shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trivandrum.

 

USAGE POLICY

1. Single User Account:

1.1 Individual Usage: Each Kriyado account is intended for individual use only. Sharing account access with other users is strictly prohibited.

1.2 Account Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring that no unauthorized access is granted.

1.3 Account Restriction: Sharing account access with other users is a violation of our terms and may result in account restriction or termination.

2. Discounts on Single Bills:

2.1 Individual Discount Application: For a single purchase at a shop, only one Kriyado customer’s discount will be applicable. Multiple users’ discounts will not be combined for a single bill.

2.2 Fair Usage Policy: Kriyado encourages fair usage, and users are expected to abide by the rule of one Kriyado customer’s discount per transaction.

3. Account Security:

3.1 Secure Credentials: Users are responsible for maintaining strong and secure passwords to protect their Kriyado accounts.

3.2 Account Monitoring: Users are encouraged to regularly monitor their account activities and report any suspicious behavior to Kriyado support immediately.

4. Penalties for Violations:

4.1 Account Restriction: Violation of these terms, including but not limited to sharing account access or attempting to manipulate discounts, may result in account restriction or termination.

4.2 Legal Action: In cases of severe violation or fraudulent activities, Kriyado reserves the right to take legal action as deemed necessary.

5. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

5.1 Updates: Kriyado reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

5.2 Acceptance: Continued use of the Kriyado platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
